Arrived my Sophomore year mid football season from Perryton, when my Dad
transferred to Phillips.
3 year letterman, football.
Frank Phillips College, worked on the Lake Meredith Dam, plowed the
Panhandle with a One-way, worked the wheat harvests, tossed calves
Married Millie Cannon of Borger 1964.
Moved to Dallas. Sales for National Cash Register, printing division 1965
to 1974
Sales Manager NCR 1970-1974 Little Rock, AR, - Baton Rouge, La
Started our family business, Capital Printing, Baton Rouge, La., Die
Cutting and Foil Stamping for trade 1974- until retirement in 2009.
Moved to Borger 2009 to present, RETIRED, playing music, oil painting and
chopping weeds and camping with my Wonderful Wife, Millie.

Drag raced 1992 to 2001 with 3 track Championships, 4 Runner-ups in Door
cars and Rail Dragsters; Coached and Played on Championship Men's Softball
teams. Runner-up Louisiana Black Powder Shotgun Championship 2 years.
Hunted 30 years in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Managed and played Bluegrass Groups in Baton Rouge, La. Sing and play,
upright bass, guitar, fiddle, mandolin. Ham Radio WB5VCY Active
Family: 2 Children and 4 Grandkids. Son, Wyatt and his Wife Rose, took
over business in Baton Rouge and build race cars. Both drag race Rail
Dragsters and hold several Championships. Their daughter Brittany is going
to Medical School and races her own 55 Chevy. Their son Johnny is in
College and also builds Drag racing Rail Dragsters, does Custom Paints,
designs race cars, and holds several Track Championships in his Rail
Dragster. Daughter Quinna and husband Jason live in Borger. Their daughter
Jess raises and sells Quarter Horses and Cattle, North of Dallas. Their
son Cash is getting ready for the First Grade.
